Refunds Policy:

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive damaged or defective items, we offer replacements or full refunds. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide photo proof within 30 days of delivery, as indicated by the tracking website and your order’s shipping label.

Late Delivery or Missing Order:
In the case of late delivery or a missing order, we offer a 50% refund if 45 days have passed since the order was placed. After 60 days have passed since the order was placed, we offer a full refund.

Please note that refund requests due to customer error, such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, or wrong shipping addresses, are generally not accepted.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges & Replacements:
We only offer exchanges and replacements for defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery, as indicated by the tracking website. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [email protected] with photo proof.

Once we have approved the photo, we will send a replacement to you. You do not need to return the defective item to us.
